Hailing from a humble beginning in Bronte 7 years ago, Three Blue Ducks have since embarked on two ambitious and rewarding ventures in Byron Bay in 2015 and more recently Rosebery in 2016.
Although each location greatly differs in aesthetic their philosophy and ethos remains very much the same. Their no-fuss way of dining and commitment to buying local, ethically farmed produce sees them frontrunners in conscious consumption and a hit with visitors recognising their love of real food.
